Belmont Abbey had its best shooting half of the young season before intermission, hitting 57.6 percent en route to a 49-39 lead at the break. For the contest, the Crusaders were outshot 52.6 percent to a season-best 51.7 percent and were outrebounded 35-30, but pulled out the victory.
